Neptune Festival’s
“The Young Collectors Art Gallery”

The Neptune Festival Art & Craft Show and The GarageVB want to help kids start their very own art collection! Fostering an interest in the arts at a young age is crucial to the development of a well-rounded society. The Young Collectors Art Gallery for Kids will offer children ages 6-12 the opportunity to select a professional work of art to take home for just $5.

The Young Collectors Art Gallery will be located in the heart of the Neptune Festival Art & Craft Show - on the Virginia Beach Boardwalk between 24th and 25th Street - and will be open Saturday, September 28 and Sunday, September 29; 11:00am – 3:00pm.

VOLUNTEER CALL!

We’re looking for up to 30 volunteers each day on September 28th and 29th to assist with our new Young Collectors Art Gallery. Shifts are available in 2-3 hour blocks between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m.

Volunteers will help with tasks like greeting families, managing payments, guiding children as they explore the artwork, packaging purchases, and maintaining order around the tent. You'll have flexibility to switch roles, fill in, and move as needed throughout the day.

This is our first year, so we're excited to see how it goes!
