Expression through art is a powerful thing! Whether acting in play, dance, writing, or drawing a picture, the arts allow children to express themselves and their ideas without having to put them into words. Expressive art therapy enhances development and growth, improving overall well being while lowering stress, improving self-awareness, self-esteem, regulating emotion, and strengthening relationships. As we begin to enter a new school year, consider having your child join this session as they develop a better understanding for the expression of their feelings and thoughts!

You may enroll your children in more than one art session.
